The App requires user authentication via Google Sign-In to access content and track your exam preparation progress. By downloading, installing, signing in, or using or by registering Your profile with the App You are consenting to the use, collection, transfer, storage, disclosure and other uses of Your information in the manner set out in this Privacy policy.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that AYUSHI RAJ does not own, control, or manage including but not limited to any third party, services, applications, or businesses ("Third Party Services"). AYUSHI RAJ does not take responsibility for the content or privacy policies of those Third-Party Services. AYUSHI RAJ encourages you to carefully review the privacy policies of all Third-Party Services You access.

If you do not agree to any of the provisions of this Privacy Policy, you should not download, install and use the App AYUSHI RAJ may revise, alter, add, amend or modify this Privacy Policy at any time by updating this page. By downloading, installing and/or using this App, you agree to be bound by any such alteration, amendment, addition or modification.

This includes but not limited to browser name, version, server location, device specific information such as the type of device used, users' operating system and version, your mobile devices unique device ID, third party apps or App service that referred users to our App, language preference, means of connection to our App and services, location information, internet service providers, IP address, technical information and other similar information about you.

2. HOW AYUSHI RAJ USES THE COLLECTED INFORMATION

2.1. Account and Authentication

We use your Google Sign-In information to:

• Create and maintain your user account
• Authenticate your identity when you access the App
• Personalize your experience by displaying your name and profile picture
• Send important account-related notifications to your email

2.2. Exam Preparation Progress Tracking

We use your exam preparation data to:

• Save and sync your learning progress across devices
• Display your quiz scores and performance history

Your email address will be used to send user information, administrative information, changes in account settings and any changes to the App or updating User on new policies of AYUSHI RAJ. Apart from this if you choose to opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive periodic emails that may relate to company news, related product or service information, etc. Email address may also be used for responding to any of the inquiries, questions, and/or any other requests made by you. If at any time You want to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, AYUSHI RAJ has included detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or you may contact AYUSHI RAJ via the App

AYUSHI RAJ may further use the collected information to analyses the use of the App and the people visiting and using the App for the purpose of improving the features of the App Information provided by you help AYUSHI RAJ in responding to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently. AYUSHI RAJ may use information in the aggregate to understand how users, as a group are using the App

AYUSHI RAJ may use the personal information provided by the User to prevent or take action against activities that are, or may be, in breach of the "AYUSHI RAJ User Agreement", "Terms and Conditions" and any applicable laws.

AYUSHI RAJ value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. At times AYUSHI RAJ may be required by law or litigation to disclose personal information about the users. AYUSHI RAJ reserves the right to transfer Personal Information of users to another party as a result of merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of AYUSHI RAJ assets to another party.

5.1.

Whenever you access the App we may place "cookies" on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes to enhance your experience or sometimes to personalize your experience. 6. WHAT CHOICES USER HAS REGARDING THE USE OF HIS/HER INFORMATION

In case, if the user is receiving marketing or promotional emails from AYUSHI RAJ, You have the option to "opt out" of such marketing emails by following the instructions in those mails or by emailing AYUSHI RAJ. If the user opts out, he/she may still receive non-promotional emails from AYUSHI RAJ, such as emails about his/her account or any ongoing business relations entered into by AYUSHI RAJ.

7. DATA RETENTION AND STORAGE

7.1.

Your account information and exam preparation progress data are stored securely on our servers for as long as you maintain an active account with the App. This allows you to access your progress and continue your exam preparation across multiple sessions and devices.

7.2.

We retain your data for the following purposes:

• To provide continuous access to your exam preparation progress
• To maintain your account preferences and settings
• To comply with legal obligations
• To resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

8. ACCOUNT DELETION AND YOUR RIGHTS

8.1. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. To delete your account:

• Navigate to your profile/settings within the App
• Select the "Delete Account" option
• Confirm your decision to permanently delete your account

8.2. Data Deletion

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

• Your Google Sign-In information (email, name, profile picture)
• All exam preparation progress and quiz scores
• Bookmarks, favorites, and study history
• Any other personal data associated with your account

Please note that once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes but will not be linked to your identity.
